A new TGF and Whimsie kind of day

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday! Thank you so much for coming to the Craft Room Tour yesterday. Those girls and their spaces are incredible! Their organization and personalities were sooo much fun to see. If you haven't had a chance to do the tour, I will be putting it on my sidebar, the Crafty gal picture will take you to the original post. I will leave her up until the end of August with all the 14 blog links.

Today is such an exciting day as two of the DTs that I am on are premiering new images that I LOVE!

Okay, so moving 'forward'...
LoL! Get it? Forward - as in soccer position? ;) Okay, sorry. I was a soccer junkie and that was pretty much the only sport I played growing up. I even tried out for the UofHawaii soccer team with the slimmest chance of ever possibly making the bench.
I was sooo happy when Marie from The Greeting Farm came out with this fellow! He's so intense and that hair is ohhh so cute, way too fun to color. Both of my girls' teams wore orange this year (you know that made me proud) so I payed homage to our Spring season.
Here is an embelli that I picked up from GAS last week:
Fun license plate! I have so many soccer accessories, it was hard to choose which ones to use. Here's another one that I added on:

Regulation cleats, and with those sassy white stripes that I mimicked on his shoes. (And look at that pretty sunlight peeking through our privacy fence on to my card. heehee!)
So did I mention that you can have him NOW? Because he's a TGF digi found HERE!

And speaking of digis...
Here's a double dosage of Whimsie Doodles for you that is also available today:

Ohhhh, can't you just smell the aroma from the kitchen? I love this image from the Kitchen Gingers Collection as it feels so warm and cozy. All I want is to pull up a chair with an old friend and gab the day away while it rains outside. ;)
I based the image around that oops DP that I somehow picked up at GAS. They were 10 cents a sheet, and I think in my rush to get a dollar's worth, this one slipped in. But don't you just love mistakes when they work out? :D
And here is another one off of that same line:
This guy is so cute! He's called Stir It Up, and I paired him with the Button Collections from the same line. These buttons are the cutest things - they fit nicely in any round/scalloped punch or nestie and can be decorated right in the middle with another small image or embelli.

For this project, I chose a simple white mini lunch bag and ran it through my CB, added the image as a tag and the button as an embellishment and voila! I am ready for teachers' gifts next year! ;) Be sure to stop in on the Whimsie Doodle blog HERE to see the other wonderful releases today and the store HERE to purchase these adorable images!
Have an incredible Wednesday everyone!
*Love and Aloha*
