A Whimsie Wednesday Celebration!

Hi everyone! I hope you all had fun over at the Club Anya release party last night? Don't forget, the new releases are in the store now, Hippie Anya is a limited edition so snag her quick!

Speaking of new releases...
It's a Whimsie Wednesday Celebration!
Here are a couple of images that are available today from the Whimsie Doodles line:
Isn't this pixie adorable?!? Her name is Patience and she is just about the cutest thing to color. :D I decided to have her sitting on top of a card, as her pose is perfect. Now the wings are not this crazy in the image, but I turned her into a monarch pixie because...well, just because I love orange. haha! It's hard to see but her dress is stickled in yellow and her orange baubles are glazed with crystal effects.
Here is another image from today's new releases:
Awww! Tooth Fairy Boy is so boy-ish! There is an adorable girl version too, but since Isiah is teething I gravitated towards the male version. ;) Now hold on, I know what you may be thinking: A tooth fairy takes the tooth, not brings it. But I got this DP for a dime from GAS and thought it would be a cute alternative.
Here's the inside of this altered tin:
A teething kit with orajel, a soft refrigerated teether, and a little washcloth (tucked under it all).
Wouldn't this be a cute gift for a new mom? This was so super easy to make, all I did was measure and wrap the tin, add the ribbon pieces for a trim and to the handle, then pop the Tooth Fairy on dimensionals for depth. He is colored in prismas (oooh - check out the washed denim Gap jeans!) with a bit of stickles added to the outline of his wings.
There are many more fabulous images that the incredibly talented Melyssa has made HERE on the Whimsie Doodles site. Head on over there to see all the fabulous creations her Doodlelicious girls have come up with - I promise you won't be disappointed! Have a wonderful day everyone!
*Love and Aloha*

OMGoodness that is a brilliant idea for a new mom gift! I never thought of that. We had it pretty easy with our kids when they were teething. Just one or two days with diarrhea and fever and all was well. Great projects and adorable pixies!
