I'm not a square!

Although I wish I was. Haha! (Remember Square Pegs? Wow, Sarah Jessica Parker has come a long way!)

This is actually a challenge/contest called "Don't Be a Square" over at The Greeting Farm. The idea is to create a card that is not square or rectangular in shape. Fun huh? There are the cutest entries right now in the galleria - click HERE to ooh and ahh over some of the innovative designs that they've come up with.

I played along just to get my creative mists flowing and came up with this fish bowl card:

Isn't she a cutie? She's part of the new releases this month, and from the set called Down By The Pond. I traced a lid on to white cs and then free-handed the top of the fish bowl. And how about that water? I did it with my copics! NOT! haha! (A belated April Fool's joke for you.) It is actually a DP that I got from M's. It is so realistic and tranquil.
The gravel was made with a scrap piece of SU creamy caramel cs and CB'd with the bubbles folder. The sign, post, and underwater plant were also cut out of scraps, and the sentiment is from TGF's Rock The Farm set.
See my ghetto watermark? It's actually just text across the picture! I don't have the time to figure out how to do the watermark, I'll have DS look it over and just show me. Until then, I'm happy with this rigged look, it makes me feel kind of important. :D

On another note, I wanted to thank you all so much for the compliments on my Peter Pan house. I have decided to start selling these, and especially felt even more compelled when Marie (owner of The Greeting Farm) urged me to do it. Thanks Marie! :D
If you are interested, please email me at jonjinko@hotmail.com for more details and I will be sure to reply.
Have an incredible Tuesday everyone! And smile, it makes everyone wonder what you know that they don't. ;)
*Love and Aloha*
