Something's a little fishy

Happy beautiful finally Friday everyone!
While I type this, I cannot believe that in 4 days I will be back home in Hawaii for my sister's wedding. EEEK! We're all very excited here at the Wilsons. :)
Our trip may be a few days away, but doesn't it look like this cutie pie from By LORi Designs already beat me to the beach? heehee! This sweet bathing beauty is named Summertime Gidget and is part of our NEW release over at BLD. She can be found here at the BLD store along with the other fabulous new summer crew:

It looks like a swim team picture. :) From now until Sunday at noon, you can get all these images at a special bundle price of $20 for all 6 images!
For my Gidget card, I took out some old school Pocket full of Posies papers and created this card using the current sketch from Card Positioning Systems:

Tree-mendous challenge!

Happy wonderful Friday everyone! This week's challenge at Raise The Bar is in celebration of Earth Day (4/22) called:

TREE-MENDOUS!

Your mission, if you choose to accept, is to use any form of a tree on your card. Whether it be the focal image, a background scene, or an embellishment - as long as it is a visible tree! For my card I found this great patterned paper at Michaels when they had their 6 for $1 sale. When I saw the forest, I immediately knew who to pair it with!
Back in 2009, Marie from The Greeting Farm designed the images to celebrate the Twilight craze. Edward is pretty cute, isn't he? I'll always be Team Jacob, but this digi captures that reveal moment perfectly. I even added white stickles to Eddy's chest:
