Here is my card using Easter Basket Anya (digi) from The Greeting Farm:
I pulled colors and the theme from the inspiration picture,
and kept her simple on patterned papers {Recollection from Michaels}.
I popped up her ears, hands, and bow with dimensional dots for fun:
