Happy beautiful Wednesday everyone! Well today feels like a Monday to me since the kiddos were off for a 4 day weekend. :)
Before I share my project with you, I wanted to invite you to see the latest sketch over at Inktegrity's challenge blog {here} - it's a great layout with so many possibilities! I will have my card up and ready to share with you soon.
For today, I made another diaper fold gift card holder using some yummy S.E.I. Moonrise papers
that I bought from DCRU for just $1.50! These are great Harvest colors, perfect for the season. That adorable button is a handmade embellishment made by my buddy Kristy - you can see her sweet store {here} on Etsy.
Here are the directions to make this fun holder:
To begin you will need:
6x6 sheet of designer paper (double sided works well)
adhesive
embellishments
Now let's begin!
Start with a 6x6 piece of paper and score horizontally:
Fold paper in half, forming a triangle:
Fold one side over, bringing the point halfway across the plane:

Repeat on the other side:

Last step:
Fold down top flap to create a pocket:

Adhere and embellish!
Follow the same directions to create 8x8 or 12x12 treat holders
to accommodate hot chocolate packets and bigger snacks.

Are you ready to try it? One lucky winner will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card to celebrate the cooler weather. All you have to do is link up your treat holder {here} on this post - you have until Sunday to play along! Have a beautiful day everyone, thank you so much for coming by!
