Dummmmdumdahdum...

Okay, I tried! It's Saturday afterall. LOL! That was supposed to be the wedding song as my bride walks down the aisle. ;) Which bride? Well, it's Modern Sugar Blvd's new challenge this week! :D Amy and Candie (Head Sugars) gave the DT the opportunity to host a challenge and Mary came up with a wonderful June bride/wedding theme. You also have to use the old adage: Something old, new, borrowed and blue. We were also given a bride to work with but I rebelled and altered another MSB image instead. I know, what a stinker. :P

When I first saw this digi called "It's Time To Let the Light In" (which can be purchased HERE at the store):

I thought she had such a serene and sweet look about her and would make a such a pretty bride! So I took her candle out of her hand, replaced it with a bouquet, pinned her hair up into a bun, and created a linen Chinese inspired/Vera Wang gown for her to wear. teehee!

Tada!
Here are the required details:
Old: mini primas that are sometimes too small as an accent embellishment
New: heart charm (originally part of a broken 10 piece charm bracelet that I bought at Claire's for $1)
Borrowed (given to you by someone): Light blue DP that a friend sent a couple of years ago
Blue: organdy ribbon
I hope you join in on the fun this week! The DT created so many pretty wedding themes, you can see them all HERE on the MSB site. We will also be having a crazy release party on the 11th on PCP, here's a little hint - FREE SPACE. lol! Have a wonderful weekend everyone! ILs will be here in an hour so I better scoot and clean up my craft room. :D
*Love and Aloha*
