So here's a bit of trivia - "Got Anya?" was the title of my SCS Swap that I hosted back in January using any TGF stamps. Wow, that seemed so long ago! I stumbled across Marie's site back in October 2008, which unofficially marked the beginning of my addiction. teehee!
Club Anya had a New Release gala on Sunday night, debuting Marie's latest sets. For today's post, I thought I would share the projects that I made for the triple blog hop party. :D
My Ultimate Beach vacation using the new Wardrobe set:
Oh, how cute are they? I love Anya's strapless dress! It's so sassy, either colored with mediums, or paper pieced. And Ian is HOT! He looks like the Rock. Mmmm...I was hoping for a polo shirt and some khaki walking shorts. LOVE HIM! (Ian and Dwayne Johnson!)
Baby Shower Cake using the new Oh Baby set:
This set came at a perfect time, one of our church friends just welcomed her 2nd baby girl so I made this for her shower. I love the images in this set, they can be used for any card or altered project, and combining any of them together make it so much sweeter! (btw, I'll do a quick tut on this one next week - it's so simple to make, it's a piece of cake...LOL!)
Paparazzi camera card using the new Superstar Anya:
Okay, the nice paparazzi, not the aggressive ones. I think Ian would protect her, but we still want Anya to be surrounded by positive energy. teehee! I was inspired for this idea while cleaning my camera lens, then found the hardware in a stash and thought it would be cute to do a ribbon for the strap. Let me tell you, Superstar Anya is SOOO much fun to color with her big hair and boa!
These new images are adorable and so darn versatile too. Oh yeah, I see you pulling out your credit card and getting ready to order! heehee! Before you rush off to The Greeting Farm, I wish you a happy day! See you tomorrow~
