An awesome week indeed!

Hi everyone and happy happy Wednesday to you! Even though I am still sniffling with this head cold, I am on cloud 9 (and not from the over the counter meds either - haha!).

Reason #1 - I was RAK-ed by an awesome friend and received TGF's Sing in the mail on Monday. Ohhhhh my word, I have wanted her for so long! TY so much to my sweet angel! That started my week off so well. :D

Reason #2 - Last night DS started in his first high school football game as quarterback for the Mount Vernon freshman football team and lead them to victory!

He's the one on the left, by the way. :D (Although Izzy is quite fond of football at his young age...heehee!) We are so proud of him as he was made 2nd string QB by a bad coaching decision (lol!) but after 1st string hurt his ankle, Kalil went in and did what comes naturally to him. Eeeek! I am still smiling after the late night last night!

Reason #3: Another eeek! I was so excited to see my name with 6 others posted last night! Thank you TPE crew! You made my day, I loved making the ballerina spinner card!

And reason(s) #4:

How awesome that I have the opportunity to actually design with Whimsie Doodles images! Melyssa is fabulous and has done it again. This set called Fish Tales just makes me smile. Look at her adorable images and their sweet faces!

Real quick deets as I have taken up so much blogging space with today's post (haha!):

All images are colored with cop-mas (copics + prismas), all the DP are scraps (finally!) and the bubbles are from M's home decor section (they are intended for use in vases or candle displays).

Puffer card: partially CB'd with the bubble folder and cut with the large scallop nestie

Mermaid card: CB swirls folder, bling pearls from M's $1 section

Seahorse: I flipped the image so she could face him, sentiment was printed on the DP, scalloped wave top was cut with an SU slot punch.

There are sooo many more amazing designs by Melyssa and the Doodlelicious girls HERE on the blog, along with the link to her awesome store.

And as if that wasn't enough to keep me smiling for weeks, (I'm living in the moment every minute!) there are 2 wonderful little surprises that I am saving up for another post. I love days like these. ;)

Until soon everyone, have an incredible Wednesday, may today bring you unexpected joys!

*Love and Aloha*

Your cards are adorable.

I was wondering, how did you flip the digital images? Did you do it on Photoshop? I have the freebie "Gimp", but not Photoshop.
