Happy Friday everyone! DH is off for a 4 day weekend and I am thrilled. After our cough cough fizz fizz oh what a relief it is to be able to relax. ;) I hope you all have wonderful plans as well?
Today I have my first ever attempt with the High Hopes challenge. I just looooove their stamps, last year I ordered some and just wanted to hug them when they came in the mail. Their challenge is to use layers with one of their images, so I chose the wonderful Sketch Saturday layout:This horse is soooo cute, I just love the way Crissy illustrates their images!
Sketch Saturday's latest challenge has so many wonderful elements on their card and it also requires to use pets in the layout. A horse is considered a pet, right? ;) I tried to create a little scene just so that everything blended in with him.
Here's a closer peek at the layers:
The majority of my embellishments are RAKs or gifts from SCS swaps. The wheat DP is from PTI, diamond shaped DP is from a recycled pack by K&Co. Sentiment is an oldie but goodie from SU that I ink up so frequently it's permanently stained. :D
Thank you all for coming by to see me! I may be back this weekend to get some cards linked up for a few challenges that I have my eye on. ;) I wish you an incredibly fun Friday everyone!
*Love and Aloha*
