Thankful it's almost the weekend!

Hello everyone and happy Thursday! I am so glad Friday is almost here. Athough my kiddos were out of school on Monday and Tuesday, I look forward to a chilly but nice relaxing weekend.
DH is headed back home from an overnight trip to North Carolina so I thought I'd say an extra little prayer for safekeeping with this little fellow:

I'd like you to meet Bizzy, my little mouse from Inktegrity. He is one of two that debuted on Sunday at our fun blog hop. This little mouse is really concentrating on his prayers, isn't he? :D I wanted to create an image that could be used for Thanksgiving, but some of the DT girls did an awesome job using him on Christmas cards with him praying for lots of little presents. heehee! (You can see those cards HERE on the Inktegrity blog.) He would also be wonderful on a Get Well or Thinking Of You card too.

I colored him up in copics and then used the colorless blender to add depth, much like the warm cozy pajamas that toddlers sleep in. I had the gingham DPs in my stash for quite a while, added faux sitching, some buttons, and a coordinating gingham ribbon to top it all off. You can find Bizzy HERE on my store site, as well as my other digital images.
Thank you so much for coming by today, I wish you all a beautiful Thursdsay!
*Love and Aloha*

This is so cute! I love all the gingham, what a country and homey feel. He is sure to get his prayers answered to bring your hubby home safe.

Joni,

I think your praying Bizzy is very cute!!! First off I want to tell you how much your always incouraging and uplifting comments mean to me when you have been by my blog. We were blog buddies even before you graced me with the honor of being on your first ever Design Team and I am sure we will be blog buddies when our term ends, but I for one feel that not many of us take the time to truely let people know what they mean to us and Joni you came to me at a time I really needed your uplifting sweet comments and your team has been a great experiance for me!!! I only wish my amount of time I have had to get out and comment had not been so cut down to almost 0 the last month to 6 weeks because commenting on the posts I love the very most is somthing I really enjoy and I have truely missed it these last weeks!!!

I hope you know that just because I have not been a written presence on your blog as much as I would like to I have still enjoyed seeing your creations and I have still loved your creativity it is what drew me to you in the first place!!!

YOU totally rock in my book and I want you to know you will still rock in my book even when our term ends later this month!!!
