Save the gift wrap tubes!!!

Hello everyone and happy happy Hump Day!
Today is my Whimsie Doodles Wednesday, and I wanted to share this fun project with you.
Supplies that you'll need:
*Cardboard tube (paper towel holder, wrapping paper holder, but please no toilet paper rolls...)
*scrap cardstock (one to fit around the tube, another as a circular base)
*ribbon
*eyelets
*image for decoration (optional)

Measure, cut, wrap, glue, decorate. Done.

Heehee! How's that for a quick project? It's soooo super easy and makes a cute little goody bag. Okay okay, you can use toilet paper rolls if you have to, but I'm putting in mints and kisses so I'd rather keep it more sanitary. ;)
{And an oops on my part - I decided to go with darker ribbon instead of the one I originally photographed.}

I colored up my Gingerbread Angel with copics, stickles, and white and red liquid applique. I love using those on dessert inspired images.
Just to let you know, this Whimsie Doodles cutie is not available for purchase...because she's FREE if you become a Whimsie Doodles member over at PCP! Yes, this is the newest image for the next set of followers, click HERE for the main page to join our group.
And now that you have a Whimsie Doodles image, be sure to join in on our PCP weekly challenges. This week, Nikki wants us to be inspired by "Cookies For Santa" - any cards that have circle images on them. I know, mine's not a card, but just look at the fun DP, candy ribbon, cylindrical design, buttons, and hanging ornament! Keeping my fingers crossed that she forgives me.
Enjoy your wonderful Wednesday my blogging friends! I do hope you are being more productive than me this holiday season...
♥ and Aloha
