Take turns...wait patiently.

Merry Christmas Eve my dear friends!
I know the blogging world is rather quiet today, so thank you for stopping by.

Don't you think that my title should be the mantra of the season? The shopping world would be better off repeating this to themselves while waiting in line! On Tuesday DH and I went out for lunch and to see The Blind Side, then we attempted to shop for the kiddos. Talk about having to be patient with everyone out and about. My punishment for waiting so long to get these stocking stuffers.;)
Here is the card that inspired this little lesson in life:

I combined two of Melyssa's adorable images: Olive & Toasty and the topper from the Penguin Muffin top (both found HERE). Don't they look like they are taking turns waiting to ride on Olive? I layered another piece of white 'snow' over Olive's hooves, then put the other penguin in front on dimensionals. It looks like the penguins' mommy took their picture. haha!
I am so excited that I will be doing another fun 6 months of Whimsie Doodles designing. Melyssa has graciously extended out the term and I am excited to show you what images she has in store for 2010, including actual - real - hands on - stamps!! Way to go Melyssa!
Hope you and yours are enjoying this beautiful Eve, I wish you all peace and happiness!
♥ and Aloha

Hi Joni,
Gorgeous card - what fun images. I wish your mantra worked - sadly I don't think it ever will.
