Two Scoops Rice Designs Challenge time :D

Hello everyone and happy Saturday to you!
I spent all morning at DMV. Yay. But the good news is that my Driver's License is renewed and I hit some sales at Michaels. haha!
Today is the start of a 2 week challenge over at Two Scoops Rice Designs, come on over and play along!

Whoa - I should have warned you it was a bit bright. ;) In my vow to use up what I have, I found this fun and bright DP way at the bottom of a stack. I colored in the cone holder to match, then used flowersoft all over the icy part:

 

Oooooh...a nice shaved ice from Matsumoto's in Haleiwa sounds good right now. :D
