Grace and peace on this snowy day

Happy Thursday everyone!
With all these days off and having DH home, I've been going tutorial crazy trying out new techniques and projects.
Here's a card that I made with The Greeting Farm's Hope and Grace set:

I followed the awesome Spring card tutorial HERE on SCS. Consider this a warning - you won't want to make anything else! I detailed the face of the card a bit more - DH bought me a Janome for Christmas so I stitched the edges of the DP and then adhered it on to a couple more layers. Be sure that you use cardstock or heavy DP for the base of the Spring card. If you decide to layer it as I did, then you'll need the base to be quite strong to support the rest of the card.
And before I go, here is part 1 of the snowstorm this week (part 2 is still going on as I type):

Front yard (that plant is truly resilient!)

The kiddos' slide in the backyard

View from our back porch
(Seeing the deer and fox run through the trees is beautiful.)

It's no wonder the entire base is hibernating...
Have a wonderful Thursday everyone, enjoy your day. :D
*Love and Aloha*

Wonderful card! So cute! My kids would have a blast in that snow...they've never seen so much--we live in El Paso-the desert!
