TPE Challenge #90

It's a SNOW DAY!!!
Okay, not yet here in Virginia, but it's coming soon!
Happy Monday and welcome to a new challenge over at The Pink Elephant:

Winter Wonderland

The beauty of this challenge is that it is up to you interpret AND it is open until January 9th, 2011.
So there's plenty of time for you to get your shopping and baking done, and still come by to join us!
For my little project I created a simple door hanger for my daughters' room:

Last year we had a ton of snow days, but out of routine they would still get up and get dressed.
I decided to make them a little sign so when they wake up,
they'll know whether or not they can roll over and sleep in. ;)
This cute little deer is from The Greeting Farm's Forest Friends set. I love this little guy for the winter! I used some scrap chiboard and DP to cover it, then added 3D snowflakes.
{All you have to do is punch out the snowflake 3 times, fold them in half,
and then adhere them side by side. Really simple!}

Come on over and see what the fabulous designers have done for their projects;
Visit us at The Pink Elephant blog to link up your work.
Have a beautiful day everyone! I am off to stare at my long to-do list. ;)

 ♥ & Aloha,

Fuuubes! They're al soooo adorable! Love the snowfall on your blog, BTW. Very cute! Like your kids, they're ALL my favorite (the cards, not the snowfall). Very warm, cozy and festive. Maybe Chris and I should get married in Dec. love it!
