BANNER OF A NEW YEAR

For my card I used Puddle Jumper Cole because he's sooooo dreamy. lol! I would have had a crush on him in elementary school if I was a Puddle Jumper. haha! The banner is actually part of the DCWV Grade School pack, as are all the papers that I used. I never get tired of those fun designs!
