I did it!

heehee! Happy Friday everyone!
Well after seeing all these wonderful cards online,
 I challenged myself to do the no-line border coloring thingee.
{Alice Wertz does an amazing job with a tutorial here on the Whiff of Joy blog.}
It was fairly easy, aside from the fact that I could not find the right Memento pad at the stores.
I ended up using a light pink stamp pad that I had, along with really great lighting.
Here is a comparison of line vs. no-line stamping looks like:
{black Memento pad on the left, pink ink pad on the right}
It is a lot of fun, and fairly easy to do. I really like the softer lines of it,
I think my Memento ink will be taking a little bit of a break for a while. ;)
I used my Anya on the right for our current challenge at Raise The Bar:

Red, White, & Blue
This challenge is on ALL month long so be sure to join in on the fun!
Have a beautiful day everyone,
thank you so much for coming by!

Faboo job on this one, Joni! I am too scared to try it but I may just work up the nerve. I don't have any light pink pads, so I guess that is step one. Thanks for sharing & I miss you! Hugs, April

Lovely! She looks much more "real" without the black lines. <3
