Here is my sample using the beautiful Makeup image:
Isn't she a beauty? Ahhh...flawless skin. I wish. lol!
I colored Makeup with copics, then added some swatches of patterned paper that I had accumulated.
The sentiment is an oldie but goodie from Stampin' Up,
I thought this would be a cute birthday card for a fashionista.
