TPE Challenge #168

Happy beautiful first day of October, everyone!
Not only is it a Fall, crisp morning,
but also time for a new challenge over at The Pink Elephant.
This week we have a great theme:

BANNERS 

Create a card/project using this fun element and play along with us!

For my card I used the adorable Cheeky Cherry Pie with a bit of altering:

Cheeky normally has a beautiful head of hair like this:

But when I colored her in, I thought she would be adorable with a bob:

I used a doily from WalMart, Recollection papers from Michaels,
and this adorable banner set from The Greeting Farm called Bantastic:

I also used this sweet sketch from Sunday Sketch & Stamp:
