Introducing London Charlotte:

And this...has to be one of my all time favorites. :)

London Charlotte is so glamorous, and I love Big Ben in the background.

I saw this Stampin' Up paper (a Halloween design!) and loved its similarity to Burberry.

She was colored in with copics, then I used a colorless blender for her coat,

added the Stampin' Up paper and rub on sentiment.
