It's Wednesday!!!

The day is here!!! I am so excited to post today's entry. Usually I ask "What's Going on?" and what your plans are for the rest of the day/week/weekend. I still want to know!
But today, I am featuring something really special and calling it: "Who's Who" Wednesday! No, it's not about owls, but features someone so talented and creative in the stamping world.
I proudly present my interview with the super duper Splendid Marie of The Greeting Farm:

Thank you so much Marie for letting me do this!
q. How long have you been drawing and designing?
a. Drawing since 2nd grade I think. It wasn't until the movie, The Little Mermaid came out that my love for drawing really came out. I think my mom still has boxes of my drawings of Ariel. hahaha.

q. Everyone loves your stamps and their sweet faces. What inspires you?
a. They do??? I think I'm inspired by everything around me. I know a lot of artists say that but it is true. If I see a cool flower graphic, I'm in the mood to make some. If I watch Bambi, I want to draw rabbits. Just whatever crosses my path that day.

q. How did The Greeting Farm get its new name?
a. Ohhh a tough one. When I had to think of a new name for Pink Poison, I had a whole list. Just random words put together. And then I thought I wanted the name to be a place that was constantly creating and growing. And naturally we usually use stamps to make greeting cards so the name was born. The Greeting Farm.

q. Which projects are you currently working on?
a. I have a boatload of Anya and Ian designs in the works but I'd like to make more digi stuff and things to put on blogs and such. Blog-bling?

q. Which craft supplies can you not live without? And which ones are you wanting to try?
a. I'm thankful for the existence of copics. They really make coloring fun! My next goal is to try anything that glitters.. stickles??? I do not own an ounce of glitter in my craft box. I'm a little ashamed of myself.

q. If you could name a favorite color or a color combo, what would it be?
a. I've had a series of favorite colors over the years but for many years now, it has remained pink. Like PINK pink. Fuchsia hot pink.

q. Your layouts are so amazing, what embellishment do you reach for first?
a. I usually reach for some sort of a brad. Sadly I don't have much embellish blings either.

q. Out of all the stamps that you have on your site, is there one near and dear to your heart?
a. Each set means something to me but if I only had to pick one, it would have to be the Xmas Birds. Something about two cute little birds snuggling together that just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. hahaha.

q. Can you tell all of your adoring fans what to expect in the near TGF future?
a. Along with Anya and Ian, there will be more character singles. Also I am in the process of collaborating with a friend on digitizing her designs so keep an eye out for that as well! There's a lot in store and it's going to be a fun year so I hope to not disappoint!

YAY!!! How awesome is she? And here's a picture of Marie's staff, she works them like dogs. teehee! Stewie and Bailey are adorable!!!
Have a great day everyone~
*Love and Aloha*
