Join me for coffee?

Happy wonderful Thursday everyone!
Tomorrow is my last posting for Farm Fresh Challenge, so I am milking it for all its worth. ha!
I decided to play along with the March Madness challenge on TGF's blog.
Last week's theme was "Mad about Tea Parties" - create a tea/coffee card with any TGF image.

I pulled out my Fleur Anya and Basic Grey Kioshi papers, both are perfect for a garden party.
The cup of java is from the Chef Ian set and, while I love tea, I really need my coffee every morning. ;)

I used the current Mojo Monday {square} sketch:

And I am also entering in the following challenges:

Thank you for coming by to visit, have a wonderful day everyone!

Mail call!

Happy Thursday everyone!
We are on our second day of no-school, thanks to a snow/ice storm that hit the North East. The kids and I are enjoying it, the house feels nice and busy all day long. :)
I am also getting in some fun crafting time, this one was made for a handful of creations:
Mojo Monday: current sketch {175}
Crafty Catz: Use a forgotten stamp (bought this from Katie a while ago!)
Alphabet Challenge blog: L is for mail Lady
The Greeting Farm's Pop it challenge, to make an image come alive:

I did 3 dimensional layers on her hat and envelope, then braided silk cords for her hair. What a fun technique!
Thank you all so much for coming by, I am off to make banana muffins and peanut butter cookies with the kiddos. Have a wonderful day!

Laundry day...again.

Happy beautiful Wednesday everyone!
As you can see, Laundry and I are quite excited for today. Not! But alas, the loads are calling us and with a fun weekend ahead, I am determined to get it all done. :) As you can see, this has my ACLP watermark over it, it was originally intended for a DT requirement. I kept it on there since all of my papers, image, and supplies were purchased from Die Cuts R Us! I love shopping there...really. Just ask my debit card. heehee! I added some stickles to the basket and fun flock to Laundry's house slippers and towel.

Here are some current challenges I made this card for:
 Mojo Mondays' current sketch
Sew Many Challenges' Anything Goes
Stamptacular Sunday's Layer It On challenge

Thank you for coming by, have a great day everyone! ♥

Pink and Girly and a little twirly!

Happy Saturday everyone!
I am so excited that today is our championship soccer game. Woohoo! I do hope I come back with a successful post that our Yellow Jackets did well.
So what's going on with the title? Well...

I am an official member of Bee Crafty's Design Team! The wonderful Merrigan extended the invite, thanks to my buddy Sheri who has been a longtime member there. {Thanks ladies!}
That's the reason behind my 'twirly' as I am excited to be a part of this lovely group, and now the reason for the pink and girly:

It's our newest challenge over HERE at the blog! Any time I think of pink and girly, I always go to a baby card (using the Mojo Monday sketch, flipped, by the way). This adorable image is called Toy Chest and can be found HERE at the site. There's soooo many sweet images to choose from, and all of her drawings are innocently adorable! Speaking of, check out her most recent creation - a beautiful baby boy named Zach, there's a picture perfect photo of him HERE on the blog. Oh....that sweet baby smell just makes me smile!
You have a couple of weeks to join in on the fun, I do hope to see you there. ;)
Have a wonderful day everyone, I'm off to the soccer fields!  ♥

Wednesday and Thursday - WOOHOO!

Wow! I am truly getting kooky in my old age, aren't I? But before I begin, hello and a very happy Wednesday to you!

Okay, so now I still have to explain Thursday. LOL!

Well, this Thursday is an exciting day for me!!! I started tinkering with my little line of digital images called Inktegrity a couple of months ago. Since then I've learned a few (okay, a lot!) things and decided to do a Grand Re-Opening tomorrow.
Below are a couple of images that I used for current challenges:

This is a card that I made with the latest sketch challenge from Mojo Monday. I thought it was so cute when I saw it in my little blog roll! I used an image called Big Brother. Everything was colored in with copics, Mommy's dress is paper pieced with DP from Chloe's Closet (Making Memories).

And here is another image that I used for another current challenge:

This Sweet Baby Boy follows the Card Positioning Systems sketch for the week. I loved this layout! My DS was a big Blues Clues fan when he was little so I thought it would be fun to do a character blanket. The DP was purchased at Michaels, they have all these licensed 12x12 sheets that I really love.
As you can see, these images have simple lines to cut out as I am a big fan of paper piecing and lots of layers. :D
And now I'd like to invite you HERE to see the wonderful cards that are debuting the latest line of images that will be available tomorrow. There is also a blog candy giveaway on that site so hurry over! A huge hug and thanks to my wonderful new Design Team that have made some incredible samples for you all to see. Thank you all so much for coming by, have a wonderful day!

Meet Ella Phantzgerald!

Hello and a happy Thursday everyone, the weekend is almost here! :D
Welcome to The Digi Shack's challenge day and I think I was in a loopy mood when I said to use 3 different patterns on a card. lol! I struggled all night last night but finally, with the help of 4 other challenges, came up with this:

It's Ella Phantz-gerald! ;) I always thought she was a cutie so I was happy to use her for this week. Please note that a Cuttlebugged layer counts as a "pattern" which was a relief as I was stumped for a while. Okay, stumped is an understatement, I think I went through 4 different ideas in my head before surfing the different challenge blog sites!

This is the latest sketch from Mojo Monday. I have never played along with them before but I keep seeing so many cards using their wonderful layouts. It's actually rotated from the original sketch but all of my elephants, er, I mean, elements are there. ;)

And then I found the latest color combo on Color Throwdown: chocolate chip, perfect plum, and certainly celery. Pretty combo! :D I sorted through my stash of DP and found some coordinating ones in a wedding paper pad stack.
Finally, while perusing through my list of blogs, I saw that Lili Of The Valley's Thursday Challenge, as well as Lori and Robin's latest challenge is to use animals! :D Woohoo! So now my Ella gets to play along with the Pink Elephant as well as the other animals in the Valley!
Here is a closer look at Ella:
She's colored in with a combo of copics and prismas, then I added bling for her necklace. I cut her out and put her on dimensionals as I just love that look against layers, it adds so much more depth!
The Maui Wowies would love for you all to come and play with us this week! Click HERE to see what the new DT has come up with and add yours to Mr. Linky so we can ooooh and ahhhh over it. Have a wonderful Thursday everyone, thank you so much for coming by!
