Here is my card for the week using Gnome Sweet Gnome:

This is such a sweet image, it's full of cute sentiments that coordinate with this image.

I colored them up with the no border technique,

then added the sentiment across the mushroom.

Papers and bling are from Michaels {Recollection}.

Eeek! She makes me want summer to roll on through. :)
I love that Stampin' Up papers that I got from a friend,
as well as he sentiment (retired) since it reminds me of Pharell William's song.

My image was a wee big but I couldn't stand the thought of shrinking her down. :)
I also used a rub on sentiment from Stampin' Up and Crate Paper {DIY Shop}.

Happy day everyone!
I hope you are ready for a fun weekend ahead? It's almost here!
Until then we have a fun new sketch to remind us that it's a great Thursday,
courtesy of Jen and the Deconstructed Sketch.

Here is my card using a brand new digi from TGF named Beanie Ian:

Oooh I could have used that cup of hot cocoa the other day. ;)
It was rather cool and windy here on the East Coast!
I paired Ian with some wonderful papers from Authentique {Gathering},
a rub on sentiment from Stampin' Up, and a Martha Stewart snowflake.

This layout is so much fun to work with!

the Deconstructed Sketch 109

Happy Thursday everyone!
We're on the countdown...just 11 more days until the packers arrive.
Ugh.
Or yay!
Not sure yet.
At least the military moves us, so that's a load off my mind. teehee! Get it?

I'm still playing in my craft room even though I should be organizing it,
because it's time for a new challenge over at The Deconstructed Sketch!

Here is my sample for the week using the brand new Cheeky Lessons from TGF:

I kind of - uh - cheated. You'll see why when you see the sketch.
But I saw these Stampin' Up papers and loved their patterns,
perfect for Cheeky Lessons and her classroom environment!
I colored her up with the no border techinque and copics,
then added a fun star paper clip (Staples) and Offray ribbon.

Here is this week's adorable sketch from Jen (I flipped it):

Everyone did these amazing layers of patterned papers...and I cheated.

Happy beautiful Thursday everyone!
And a very happy 4th of July, I hope you have fun plans for the day?
Today starts a new challenge over at The Deconstructed Sketch,
here is my card using Saturated Canary's Snow White:

If you have never colored up a Saturated Canary image, you really should. lol!
There's something so soothing about bringing her images to life.
I used some scraps and larger pieces from Echo Park's {For the Record 2} papers.
