Your CRAFT space, that is! teehee!
Well now, that wasn't a very good way to start a post on a Sunday was it? tsk tsk. My apologies, but this is something that I have been thinking about for a couple of weeks. So...read on for the deets.
I LOVE seeing other people's craft spaces/rooms/areas. It always inspires me to try something new in mine. Want to see what some of your favorite crafters are surrounded by? This is how it will work:
~If you have a picture of your craft space in a gallery or on your blog, send me a link at jonjinko@hotmail.com with the subject as Craft Room Tour.
If you don't have a picture uploaded yet, no worries! You'll have plenty of time to sneak one in since the tour won't start until June 30th. If you choose to post your blog pics that day, then I will happily post your blog addy, then revise it after for a direct link.
~You can be as detailed as you want (show the whole room) or minimal as you choose (a picture of how you store unmounted stamps, scraps, your ribbon solution, etc.). I don't ever want anyone to feel like we were intruding, the main idea is to inspire!
~I will post all the names in my sidebar for friends to go and visit. Not only will it add to your hit counter, but you never know who you'll meet during the tour! This will stay in my sidebar until the end of August, which is plenty of time for us crafters to stop in, say hello, and leave with a wonderful craft space idea.
Now you might be thinking that the reason I am posting this is because of my fabulous originally designed Nate Berkus or Vern Yip craft room. Ha! Shyeahhh right! ;D I share our unfinished garage with my kiddos' playroom and although it is clearly divided, they tend to spill over where mommy is all the time. Isn't that always the case? ;) Oh, and count 'em - 6 kids give me no other choice than to be as thrifty as I possibly can when it comes to decorating. ;)
I hope you all decide to join in on the fun, how cool would that be to have 20+ craft rooms to tour?!?
Thank you so much for popping in on this Sunday, have a wonderful rest-of-the-weekend and enjoy Father's day!
*Love and Aloha*

Here's mine....in all its 'glory' LOL
I work in my basement and I dont have to share it with anyone, luckily. I feel like a mad scientist going down to the lab!!!! Jeff never, and I mean never comes down there. He has been down there once in 2 years now and that was only to carry something up the stairs for me. It makes for a great place to hide...ahem I mean, store my craft/art supplies....bwahahahahaha
ooooo, please drop in. i love my craft room.
Here's mine!
hugs,
OH, YES, Joni, please add a link to me, or whatever you want to do on the 30th! I can repost, if you want on the 30th, just let me know! HUGS!!
