A Whimsie Doodle kind of day~

Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope the week is going well, my kiddos have half a day left tomorrow and then school is out. Phew! We are all crawling to the finish line as it has been a loooonnnnng month. You know how they don't really do anything in the last few weeks of the school year? My DS has watched Eragon in every single class all week. In Spanish he watched Eragon in Spanish. LOL!

For today I have some very happy news to share with you. My friend and TGF designing diva, Melyssa Connolly of Fantastink started her own line of adorable digis. You can see them all HERE, including a freebie download of Whimsie the turtle (in her sidebar) that I have used in my card below.

Isn't he sooo cute? He has the sweetest face and the cutest poses in her stamps! Her designs are flawless and so adorable, check out the store HERE. One of my true favorites is the digi of the koi. Beautiful!!!
For this card, I used a sketch from a new site called Sweet Sketch Wednesday that I read about in another friend's blog. Go and visit the site! Stephanie, Arlana and Nancy have done some amazing samples, and Arlana has many more adorable sketches in the weeks to come.

The wonderful news is that Melyssa has so graciously given me a spot on her Design Team. I am so nervous, as I am in some SERIOUSLY talented company! Thank you Melyssa, I am truly honored to be a Doodlelicious! teehee! (Just to clarify, Melyssa's DH adds "-licious" to everything, thus the name. ;))

Go and visit her blogs, not only is her Whimsie site so wonderful, but her Fantastink blog site is so underappreciated. She comes up with designs that make me mad. haha!
Thank you for stopping in to see me, I hope you all enjoy your day. If you think you have it bad, just think of my son watching Eragon in Japanese. ;)
*Love and Aloha*
