Be afraid, be very afraid...

Of my ever changing seasons!
Happy Wednesday everyone! Monday was a summery card, yesterday was a snowball fight, and today is Halloween. haha! What an ever changing world in blog land. ;)
Today is the weekly line up of Whimsie Doodles new releases and what a scary sight to behold! Melyssa has a new set out called Bits and Pieces as shown here:

Fun stuff right? The possibilities of all these individual images are soo cool. I decided to mix things up a bit and here's what happened (scary!):
First up:
I took the moon and tree image and colored them in, then I adhered them to a card front. Next I ran a piece of clear cardstock through the CB with the web folder:

Then I took my card base, ran it through with another CB folder, then cut out a frame with a nestie:

I adhered everything together with my ATG (this needs some strong adhesive since there are so many layers) and came up with this:

Kind of fun I thought! It looks like an old broken window. ;) Here is a closer view:
I loved that it is still a flat card, I do believe it will just mail with one single postage stamp! :D
And here is my second card that I nicknamed Skeletons in the Closet:

haha! It actually folds flat but I had to show you the closet effect. ;) This girly skull is really fun, I wanted her to be a bit aged and dirty so I used all types of gray and brown copics on her (a no-no perhaps in the copic world).
I had this DP stashed for a while, it's pretty fun with this image.
Go on over and take a look at these new wonderful sets! Melyssa has some uber adorable ones coming out in October, I can't wait to show you all what she's been up to. Don't forget, sign up for the newsletter and you get this adorable digi:
Now if I was thinking correctly I would have made a card with this cute image to end this on a lighter note. ;) But for now, enjoy the rest of your mid-week day and head over to WD's blog to see more wonderful DT creations! Happy Wednesday everyone!
*Love and Aloha*
