Okay, it's not a cookie, but happy Friday to you all! Today is National Sugar Cookie Day, but you knew that, right? heehee! It is also our theme for our Raise The Bar challenge - to create anything with a baked item on it. I had this yummy cupcake from Whimsie Doodles that was perfect for a friend's DD's 1st birthday. I kind of went polka dot crazy. ;)
