Here is my card using the adorable Swimming Lucy (on sale now!):

I can't get enough of happy vibrant papers, especially now that August is a day away!

I used to no border technique (again!) and paired her with these papers from Recollection.

I added a Stampin' Up sentiment that clearly sums up her mood. *sigh.
